These conditions are agreed between Leadersdream unipessoal, Lda., with registered office at Rua João Anastácio da Rosa nº 9, 7170-063 Redondo - Portugal, Share Capital of €1,000, registered with the CRC of Redondo under the unique legal and tax number 516098942 , hereinafter referred to as “Sophia” and between any natural person of legal age or legal entity who wishes to make a purchase through the Sophia brand website www.sophia.pt, by telephone 966 473 795, messages, mail or email, hereinafter referred to as “User”.

GENERAL ASPECTS
Using the Site automatically attributes the status of User and implies acceptance, fully and without reservations, of all provisions included in the Terms and Conditions, in the version in force at each time you access the Site. If you do not fully accept any of the conditions established, you should not access/use our Website. When consulting, using or downloading the content of the Site, you undertake to respect the conditions established in this document.
The User may use the Website without the need for any registration. However, some of the Site's functionalities may be dependent on registration.


SITE FEATURES


Registered User

In order to access more features, the User may register on the Site.
The User must fill out a form, in which, in addition to optional elements, they must indicate the following data:
- First and last name;
- E-mail address;
- Keyword.

All information provided by the User must be correct and truthful. The User must update the information provided whenever it undergoes any changes. The User is exclusively responsible for any false, incomplete or incorrect statements made and for any losses they may cause to the company or third parties, with the information they provide.

Account Features
The Registered User will have access to a personal area, with the data provided at the time of registration.
Through registration, the User will be able to access their account data and change or permanently delete it. You can check your orders, returns and communications with the company.

Products sold by Leadersdream unipessoal, Lda., owner of the Sophia brand with NIF 513918043 and head office at Rua João Anastácio da Rosa nº 9, 7170-063 Redondo, are available on the Website. The information about the products presented on the Site is only intended to provide a brief informative summary for the visitor's convenience and information.
We take all measures to ensure that the information and data contained on the Site are accurate and up to date when they are entered on the Site. However, the updating or correction of this information is not guaranteed. We make no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy or completeness of any information (including information about goods and services) included on the Site.
We reserve the right to change, delete or move any information on the Site at any time without prior notice.

These general conditions and terms of sale exclusively regulate the offer, transmission and acceptance of orders placed between Sophia.pt (Leadersdream unipessoal Lda.) consumers.
These conditions are only applied on the Sophia.pt website and cannot be applied in physical stores.


2. RIGHT TO NOT ACCEPT THE ORDER OR CANCEL THE PURCHASE
Norte Moda reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason. We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase in the following situations, exempt from liability for any damages or costs:
- The product is no longer available/in stock (payments will be refunded);
- The billing information is not correct or capable of being verified;
- The transfer for payment of the order was not received by us within 5 working days after accepting your order;

- Order susceptible to fraud;
- If we think you are a reseller;
- There is an error in the price quote;
- It is not possible to deliver to the address provided;




  1. SECURITY
    The Nortemoda.pt website uses security technology that is one of the most advanced among the encryption platforms available.
    Your payment information will be encrypted from the moment you enter until your transaction is processed and will not be stored on a public server. Although we use encryption software, the security of information and payments transmitted over the Internet or via email cannot be guaranteed.

    Norte Moda cannot be held responsible for any damage suffered as a result of the use of electronic means of communication, including, but not limited to, recurring damages resulting from failures or delays in the delivery of electronic communications, interception or manipulation of electronic communications by third parties or programs computer used for communications or virus transmission.
    The entire NorteModa.pt website is protected by Secure Socket Layer 3 (“SSL v3”) certificates.


    4. PRICES
    The prices of products displayed on the website contain Added Value (VAT). Shipping fees apply per order. The exact price of the shipping fee will depend on the country where your order will be delivered.
    Prices are all quoted in euros. Please note that changing the country of delivery may have an influence on prices due to transport costs.

The 10% Discount from Affiliate Links does not accumulate with other Promotions, only affecting the initial price of the products.

Total price
The total price specified in the final order menu includes taxes and shipping costs.

Price changes
The prices of products presented on the website are subject to change. Norte Moda reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applied to that purchase.

Pricing errors
Our website is updated with extreme care, however it is possible that the price information on the website contains errors. Sophia.pt is not committed to the offer and reserves the right to cancel your order if such an error occurs.


5. PRODUCT SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email, the assigned shipping number and a link so that they can track the order on the carrier's website. Attempting to track your order online upon receipt of the shipping confirmation email may not return any results. In fact, shipping information may take up to 24 hours after receiving shipping confirmation to be updated on the carrier's website.
Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday, with the exception of local or national holidays, to the address that the customer indicates when placing the order. A delivery attempt will be made by a courier from the chosen carrier to the address indicated by the customer.

WARNING: It is not possible to choose a specific delivery time, as this will be conditioned by the route defined by the carrier for the courier on the day of delivery.

Providing an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may result in it being returned to SOPHIA ( Leadersdream unipessoal, Lda. ), resulting in additional costs for the customer, so we recommend that the customer always ensure that the delivery address indicated when registering of the order is actually correct and complete. Once the order has been processed, it is not possible to change the delivery address or the billing details you provided.
If the customer chooses the Pontos CTT service, the order will be sent to the collection point chosen when completing the order. On the business day following delivery, the recipient will receive an SMS on the mobile phone number they provided to us for delivery, informing them that it is available for collection. The recipient has 10 days to collect the order. After this period, the order will be returned to us. This service is only available for orders weighing up to 5 kg.


6. DELIVERY INSPECTION
Upon delivery, you must check the packaging and the product sent to check for any damage. If you find that the products are damaged, you should not accept delivery of the order, which must be returned immediately. The Sophia.pt online store will refund the amounts paid for the order and shipping as soon as it receives and completes the return process at its warehouse.
The order is considered accepted if, after receiving the order, it is not returned within the subsequent 15 days.


7. INFORMATION ABOUT RETURN
If your return is justified by the existence of a defect in the ordered products, Norte Moda will bear the shipping and return costs and in accordance with the product analysis carried out by the brand. If your return was made for reasons other than the justified existence of a defect in the products ordered, we will not reimburse the shipping costs.

Refunds will be made based on the payment method. If the customer makes the payment by ATM reference, the customer must provide their bank details to our Customer Support when starting the return process. This indication is necessary so that we can refund the money to your account. The customer will receive a refund after the product(s) have been returned and processed.

8. AVAILABILITY
Fulfillment of all orders placed on our website is subject to availability. Sophia tries to ensure that all items offered for sale on the website are in stock. However, we reserve the right not to accept any orders or cancel orders already confirmed for products that are no longer in stock. In this case, we will inform the customer of this fact and refund the amount paid. The maximum period to receive a refund is 14 days.


9. ORDER PROCESS
Norte Moda does everything possible to ensure that the photographs of the products presented on the website are as close as possible in terms of color. However, color is a factor that depends on each monitor and its settings. In this sense, we cannot guarantee that your monitor reflects the actual color of the product.

All measurements are approximate, however we make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.

We take reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products displayed on the website are correct. However, we reserve the right to refuse orders in which product information has been incorrectly published, including prices and promotions.

Order refusal may also be the result of other reasons such as:
- Product out of stock.
- Inability to obtain payment authorization.
- Fraudulent orders.

If there is a problem with your order, you will be contacted immediately by us.
We do everything in our power to keep your order and payment details secure. But, we cannot be held responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorized access to any data you provided when accessing or ordering on our website.

It is possible to cancel orders that have not yet been shipped. If you have received an order and wish to return it, please see our Returns section.

Sophia may modify prices without prior notice. All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current legal rate.
After completing your online order, an email will be sent to the address provided by the customer for this purpose, confirming receipt of your order.
All order dispatch is done on behalf of Norte Moda.

    These general conditions and all emerging disputes that are related to these general conditions, including their validity, the use of the website or any purchase on it must be governed by Portuguese Law.

    Norte Moda has the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time.
    The customer is subject to the principles and terms in force at the date of their order, unless the law or competent authority imposes any change to them.

Grants Sophia, through Leadersdream Unipessoal Lda, hereinafter referred to as “Sophia”, a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any photographs and moving content relating to which you have responded #madewithlove, hereinafter referred to as “Photographs and Moving Content” , in marketing and/or advertising actions, including in the online store, newsletters, catalogues, emails, social networks – Sophia channels and paid social networks, store materials and other communications with customers. Sophia may use, reproduce, distribute, combine with other materials, alter and/or edit your Photographs and Motion Content in Sophia's sole discretion.

You hereby represent and warrant that (i) you own all rights relating to your Photographs and Motion Content, (ii) you have authorization from all persons depicted in your Photographs and Motion Content to grant the rights described herein, and (iii) Sophia's use of your Photographs and Motion Content does not infringe any laws or rights of third parties.   1. ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellation of orders after payment and before it is dispatched is possible at nortemoda.pt. To do this, you must make your cancellation request via email sophiabijiteria@gmail.com providing us with your order code. The refund of your purchase will be made using the same payment method you used, except Multibanco Reference and collections in which the customer must provide the NIB for transfer. The refund period is between 5 and 14 business days.
